Exercise With Oxygen Therapy
Train hard. Breathe better.
EWOT pairs cardiovascular exercise with high-concentration oxygen — typically 90–95% — delivered through a mask while you move. The result is a short, focused session designed to support endurance, circulation and recovery.

During a session you wear a mask connected to a high-flow oxygen reservoir while performing cardio on our equipment. Working muscles are pulling in far more oxygen than they would on room air, which is what makes a short session productive.
The setup
We run a 10 liter-per-minute EWOT system paired with a reservoir bag, with a possible upgrade to a 20 LPM unit for faster fill times. Training options are a recumbent bike and a StairMaster stepper, so you can pick the setup that matches your conditioning and balance.
What people use it for
Athletes and biohackers use EWOT to build endurance, push VO2 max, and speed up post-workout recovery by clearing lactic acid more quickly.
People managing chronic fatigue or lower exercise tolerance use it as a gentler way to get productive movement in — shorter efforts, better oxygen availability.
Wellness and longevity seekers use it as a complementary routine alongside their other work here, for daily energy and mental clarity.
Reported benefits
Increased cellular energy (ATP production), enhanced blood circulation, reduced inflammation, faster muscle recovery, and improved cognitive focus.
Before your first session
Every new guest completes an intake before stepping on the equipment: health history, current medications, baseline vitals, exercise tolerance and pregnancy status. It takes a few minutes and it lets us match the session to you.
We will ask you to check with your physician first — and in some cases hold off — if any of the following apply: unstable heart conditions, uncontrolled high blood pressure, uncontrolled arrhythmias, severe aortic stenosis, active clotting issues, a current respiratory infection or fever. If you manage diabetes, plan to check your blood sugar before and after. If balance is a concern, we will put you on the recumbent bike.
What this is not
EWOT at Hyped is offered as a wellness and fitness service. It is not a medical treatment, and we make no claims regarding the diagnosis, cure or treatment of any medical condition. If you have a cardiovascular or respiratory condition, talk with your physician before starting.
