During a session, the applicator is positioned over a target muscle group. The device delivers electromagnetic pulses that cause the muscle to contract at a rate and intensity that is difficult to reproduce through voluntary movement alone.
Guests remain fully clothed and lie down for the duration. There is no downtime afterward, and many people schedule Emsculpt alongside whole body vibration or a hyperbaric session.
